Privacy Policy

    Last updated September 17, 2026

The short version: we collect what you send us and basic site analytics, we use it to respond to you and improve the site, and we never sell it.

    Who we are

This website, nanopulse.digital, is operated by Nano Pulse Digital, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company based in Castle Rock, Colorado. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Nano Pulse Digital, LLC.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.

    Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site, such as the contact form and the free Tech Checkup request form. Depending on the form, that can include:

    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number
    • Your business name
    • Anything you write in a message field

You are never required to submit a form to browse this site. Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, financial account numbers, or health information through our forms.

    Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit, using cookies and similar technologies. This includes your browser and device type, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site.

We use the following services to do this:

    • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
    • The Meta Pixel, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited this site
    • The LinkedIn Insight Tag, which we may use to measure how our LinkedIn advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited this site

These services set their own cookies and handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not use them to collect your name, email address, or phone number.

    How we use your information

    • To respond to your request, including calling, texting, or emailing you to schedule a consultation or Tech Checkup you asked for
    • To provide quotes, proposals, and the services you hire us for
    • To understand which pages and advertisements are useful, and to improve them
    • To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse
    • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

When you give us your phone number, we use it to contact you about your request. We do not send marketing text message campaigns, and we do not add you to an email newsletter unless you ask us to.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We keep a small client list on purpose, and the information you send us goes to Sean Pooley, the owner of the business.

Service providers we share information with

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

    • Vercel, which hosts this website and the service that receives our form submissions
    • Resend, which delivers form submissions to us by email
    • Google Workspace, which we use for email, calendar, and documents
    • Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, or others.

    Cookies and your choices

    • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
    • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
    • You can manage ads based on your activity in your Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad settings.
    • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where the law requires us to.

    How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business dealings, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as our agreement and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations require.

    How we protect information

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are sent over encrypted connections. Access to submissions is limited to the owner of the business. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond within 45 days.

Some state privacy laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act, give residents additional rights with businesses that meet certain size thresholds. We honor the requests described above for everyone, regardless of where you live or whether those laws apply to us. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

    Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including client work and tools we recommend. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top of the page.
