# Nano Pulse Digital > Web design, website management, and small-business tech and AI support, based in Castle Rock, Colorado and serving clients nationwide. Founded and run by Sean Pooley. Nano Pulse Digital builds and maintains websites for small businesses, then keeps them running on a flat monthly plan. The company also offers a separate tech and AI support service for small businesses that have no IT person. Every claim below is taken from the live site. Pricing and scope are current as of August 2026 and may change. ## Contact - Owner: Sean Pooley - Phone: 303-419-5525 - Email: sean.pooley@nanopulse.digital - Location: Castle Rock, Colorado - Service area: Castle Rock and the Denver metro area locally, plus clients nationwide - Consultations: free, with no obligation ## How the business works Nano Pulse Digital is a one-person operation. Sean Pooley does the work and brings in contractors for specialties outside his skill set. The client roster is deliberately kept small so each client gets hands-on attention. The site describes the approach as direct and honest rather than reassuring: clients are told what will and will not work. ## Website plans A one-time build fee gets the site live, then a monthly plan covers hosting, security, updates, and a set number of edit hours. Content, text, images, and logos always belong to the client. All sites are built to WCAG accessibility standards. If a monthly plan is cancelled, the site is taken offline at the end of the billing period. ### Essentials - One-time build: $500 - Monthly: $100 - Term: 12 months, then month to month - Up to 10 pages, contact forms with email delivery, 1 hour of edits per month, 2 revision rounds during the build ### Growth (most popular) - One-time build: $2,000 - Monthly: $275 - Term: 12 months, then month to month - Everything in Essentials, plus up to 100 pages, blog functionality, basic online payments, AI crawlability including llms.txt and markdown mirrors, and 4 hours of edits per month ### Integrated - One-time build: custom quote - Monthly: $800 and up - Term: 18 months, then month to month - Everything in Growth, plus unlimited pages, AI chat for website visitors, an internal AI chatbot for staff, CRM setup and integration, custom tools built to spec, and 6 hours of edits per month Plans continue month to month after the initial term and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Extra edit hours and custom work can be scoped on request. ## Tech and AI support A separate service for small businesses without an IT person. Flat monthly pricing, billed monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. Businesses already on a website plan have the setup fee waived. ### Support - One-time setup: $400 - Monthly: $249 - Up to 2 hours of hands-on or phone help each month, everyday troubleshooting, new app and device setup, technology and buying guidance, and a real person to call rather than a ticket system ### Support + AI (most popular) - One-time setup: $750 - Monthly: $649 - Everything in Support, plus up to 5 hours of help each month, extra hours at half the standard rate, priority response and an emergency line, software selection and setup, AI tools set up for the business workflow, and one automation built per quarter ### AI Projects - Custom project pricing - AI and automation builds, app-to-app integrations, team training and documentation, with an ongoing support add-on available Typical onboarding takes about a week: a free tech chat, a written plan and agreement, access and tool setup, then ongoing help. ## Services offered - Web design, focused on converting visitors into leads - Website maintenance, security, and hosting - Content updates and design changes - SEO, including AI answer engine optimization - Digital marketing and social media support - Web accessibility built to WCAG standards - Tech support and technology buying guidance - AI implementation, automation, and team training ## What Nano Pulse Digital does not do These are real needs that fall outside the service. Clients are referred to a trusted specialist instead. - Cybersecurity monitoring, threat monitoring, incident response, and penetration testing - Reselling hardware.
